In any event the copying of any article is only permitted if it is copied in full with no amendment or editing. Translation is permitted on the basis that you take full responsibility for the accuracy of the translation.

License to copy for personal use

You may print copies of any item in hard copy for your personal use or for use by others within your organisation. You may also download any item to a local hard disk provided it is for your personal use or access by others within your organisation.

License to copy for limited purposes

The supply of any copy to a third party is permitted for their personal use provided that:

  1. it is acknowledged that the Trackplot website is the source of the material including the Trackplot web address in the copy of the material
  2. the third party is informed that these licence conditions apply to him and he must comply with them
  3. it is not supplied as part of another work or publication
  4. it is not supplied directly in return for commercial gain.


The images, photographs and maps are either owned by Trackplot Ltd or third parties, and for some we have paid a royalty for their use. Images on this site cannot be downloaded, reproduced, or otherwise extracted from this site. Ownership remains with the respective third parties.


The Trackplot, Agriplot and Assetplot portals, the content, source code, icons, graphics and help files are copyright of Trackplot Ltd and\or are licensed to Trackplot Ltd by third parties. All Rights reserved 2010 – 2012.

Digital Mapping

The digital maps used within the Portals are copyright of third parties and is hosted under license.

The Portals may use Ordnance Survey (UK) mapping, including OS Open Data.

Trackplot is licensed to use the Ordnance Survey data under the Viewing, Tracking & Scheduling \ Distribution \ Framework Contract made with the OS.

We also use UK postcode data from Code Point Open:
